    Waiki-Kiwi Smoothie

    1 cup orange juice

    1 banana

    1 kiwifruit

    1 tbsp honey

    2 or 3 ice cubes

    Recipe



    Pour the juice in a blender. Add the banana, kiwi, and honey; blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until thick. Serves one. About 300 calories
