1 tsp. soda
1 1/4 c. applesauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 T. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. all spice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Recipe



Combine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk in mixing bowl. Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and spices until well blended. Stir in nuts and pour into well-greased 9x5 loaf pan. Prepare sugar topping and sprinkle over bread. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
