½ c. water
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ c. oil
1 c. pumpkin
2 eggs

Mix together in large bowl. Bake 1 ½ hours at 325. Makes 1 loaf.
