3 eggs
3 to 5 c. flour
¼ to ½ tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
6 apples, chopped
2 (½ pint) whipping cream
1 pint half & half



Recipe



Peel and slice apples very thin. Beat eggs and add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Be sure to adjust flour to desired pancake batter consistency.
