    List of Ingredients





    2 cups cubed ham

    ½ cup chopped green onion

    10 flour tortillas

    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    1 Tbls flour

    2 cups milk

    6 eggs, beaten

    Recipe



    Combine ham and onions. Divide the mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with 2 Tbls cheese each. Rollup and place seam side down in greased 9 x 13 pan. In a bowl, combine flour, milk and eggs until smooth. Pour over tortillas. Cover and refrigerate overnight,. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake on 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
