CEREAL BRUNCH CAKE

1/2 c. corn flakes
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 sm. bananas, sliced thin
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt



Recipe



Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Mix cereal and orange juice in large bowl. Let stand 2 minutes. Mix in oil, egg and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake 45 minutes.
