    Rhubarb Crunch Cake

    List of Ingredients




    5 cups rhubarb
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
    1 box yellow cake mix
    3/4 cup melted butter
    1 cup water
    Cool Whip

    Recipe




    Layer in order given in 9x13 inch pan. Do not mix ingredients. Place rhubarb in pan first and sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Next sprinkle Jello over this and sprinkle cake mix over the Jello layer. Sprinkle melted butter over cake mix and pour water over all.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min.

    Cool and refrigerate.

    Top with Cool Whip and serve.
