1 German cake mix
1 (14oz.) pkg. caramels
½ c. oleo
½ c. milk
1 c. pecans
¾ c. milk chocolate chips



Recipe



Grease and flour 9x13 cake pan. Make cake according to box. Pour ½ batter in the pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Cake will not test done. Cool 10 minutes. Combine caramels, oleo, and milk and melt in pan or microwave. Spread over cake. Sprinkle pecans and milk chocolate chips over melted caramel. Spread the rest of the batter over the top. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes or until done. Top with cool whip or ice cream.
