Willard Scott's Favorite Christmas Cake

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups Self Rising Flour
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 Cup Vegetable oil
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup (2 one once bottles) Red Food Coloring
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
1 Tsp. of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp. White Vinagar
2 Large Eggs
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients with electric mixer.
Spray 3 nine inch cake pans or 1 13"x9" pan with nonstick spray.
Pour batter evenly in the cake pans
Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
Cool layers on wire racks for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove layer from pans to racks to cool completely.
Top with cream cheese frosting.
