    1 8 ounce sour cream
    1 16 ounce cream cheese (softened)
    4 fresh jalapenos (finely chopped)
    10 green onions (finely chopped)
    1 package flour tortillas

    Directions
    Mix all together & spread over tortillas. Put in frig overnight to set flavor. Cut in half & serve with picante sauce to dunk in.
