1 lb. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter or oleo
1 can eagle brand milk
1 c. white karo syrup
1 t. cream of tarter

Recipe



Bring this to a full rolling boil and boil for 12 minutes stirring constantly. Cool a little. Put 3/4 lb. pecan pieces in a buttered cookie sheet, to cover bottom. Pour caramel on top, let cool. Cut in squares and immerse in dipping chocolate
