1/4 cup Shortening

3/4 cup Sugar

1 Egg

1 cup Peanuts; grated

1/4 tsp Almond extract

5 cups Cornflakes

Recipe



Blend shortening and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add rest of ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls on cookie sheets and bake at 350 until brown.
