1 egg beaten
1 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
2 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 ½ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
3 oz. coconut



Recipe



Mix well, drop on a greased cookie sheet and top with a cherry (optional). Bake in moderate oven 10 to 12 minutes.
