No Bake Choc. Peanut Butter Cookies

1 stick of butter or margarine
2 cups of sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 cups of quick cooking oats



Recipe



Over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sugar, cocoa, and milk, mix them well, and let them boil for one minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter to mixture and stir until melted and well-mixed. Add vanilla and stir. Add oats, stirring until well-mixed with the chocolate mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper.
