    No Bake Cornflake Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup dark corn syrup
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups creamy peanut butter
    5 cups cornflakes


    Recipe




    Bring dark corn syrup, sugar and vanilla to a boil in a small saucepan.

    Remove from heat.

    Add peanut butter and still until mixture is smooth.

    Pour over cornflakes in a large bowl.

    Mix well.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.

    Chill.

    Store in air tight container.
