    Applescotch Crisp

    4 cups cooking applies, peeled and sliced
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
    3 1/2 oz. pkg. cook-n-serve butterscotch pudding mix
    1tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. cold butter or margarine

    Recipe



    1. Place apples in slow cooker.

    2. Combine remaining ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.

    3. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.

    4. Serve with ice cream. Serves 6. Enjoy your sweets!
