    Best Crockpot Lasagna

    List of Ingredients




    1 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce with musrooms -- (26 to 32)
    1 egg
    12 ounces cottage cheese or ricotta
    10 ounces lasagna noodles
    12 ounces shredded mozzarella (can double amount)
    1 pound ground beef, brownied
    1/2 pound Italian sausage, browned, crumbled
    1 chopped onion

    Recipe



    Place enough spaghetti sauce on bottom of crockpot to cover bottom. Beat egg with cottage cheese or ricotta cheese. Start layering uncooked noodles, cottage or ricotta mix, mozzarella, sauce, meats and onion. Save a little mozzarella cheese to put on top. Turn crockpot to low and bake at least 5 hours. Can stay in crockpot on low for up to 10 hours. NOTE: I also put some parmesian cheese on the top, to taste
