Crockpot Beer Pork Chops

1 onion, sliced
2 pork chops, butterfly cut
1 12 fluid ounce can or bottle beer
2 cubes chicken bouillon






Recipe




Arrange onion slices on bottom of slow cooker. Cut butterfly chops in half and place on top of onions. Pour in beer and add chicken bouillon cubes. Cover and cook and low 6 to 8 hours. Serves 4.
