    Crockpot Potato Soup

    List of Ingredients


    1 30 oz. bag frozen, shredded hashbrowns
    3-14 oz. cans chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
    1 pkg cream cheese (DO NOT use fat free, it won't melt)

    Recipe

    In crockpot, combine everything EXCEPT cream cheese. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. About 1 hour before serving, add cream cheese and keep heating until thoroughly melted. Serve with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions, or whatever else is good!
