Red Beans with Sausage

1/2 bag of Small Red Kidney Beans
1 can rotel tomatoes (store brand is fine)
1 can hot chili beans (store brand is fine)
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 small onion (chopped extra fine)
1 lb. Cooked Sausage, fully



Recipe



Rinse beans to remove any grit. Add all ingredients EXCEPT sausage - add enough water to bring up to about 2/3 full - in crockpot and cook on low from morning til afternoon. When you get home from work, add the chopped sausage and cook til sausage is heated through. (I usually make my cornbread while sausage is cooking.) Serve over rice with hot cornbread.
