    Pretzel Crust Salad

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 c. unsalted crushed pretzels
    3 tsp. sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 8 oz package cream cheese
    1 20 oz. package frozen (partially) strawberries
    1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 6 oz. package strawberry jello
    1 small tub Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Combine first three (3) ingredients and press into 13 x 9 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat together sugar and cream cheese then fold in cool whip. Put on top of crust. Boil 2 c. water and combine with jello. Stir then add strawberries and pineapple. Put in refrigerator to partially settle for approximately 1 hour. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture and chill overnight.
