1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
3 oz. dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. dried green pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
pepper to taste
raw vegetables or crackers

Recipe



Combine first 8 ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 375°, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers. Yield: About 2 cups.
