2 1/2 -3 lbs. skinless chicken pieces or 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c. flour
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 c. cornflake crumbs

Recipe



1. Preheat oven to 375°F, lightly spray a cookie sheet with Pam.

2. To coat chicken, 1st roll in four, 2nd in egg white, 3rd in cornflake crumbs.

3. Place on cookie sheet & bake for 45-55 min for chicken pieces and about 30 min. for chicken breasts.
