List of Ingredients




Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

3 cups flour

3 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup mini chocolate chips

½ cup chopped nuts

3 eggs, beaten

3 tsp vanilla

1 cup oil

2 ½ cups grated zucchini


Recipe



Mix first 9 ingredients together. Mix the remaining four ingredients together and add to the dry ingredients. Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes
