    Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces elbow macaroni -- cooked al dente
    4 tablespoons margarine
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    3 cups milk
    1 teaspoon instant minced onion
    3/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese(reserve some for top) -- grated

    Melt butter and blend in flour and seasonings and cook for a minute or two. Add milk and onion and cook for a minute or two. Add cheese.
    Place cooked macaroni in a greased 2½ quart casserole. Pour milk mixture over the macaroni. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes
