1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanuts
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. tiny marshmallows



Recipe



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixer bowl beat butter with electric mixer on medium speed until softened. Add sugar and brown sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. With mixer on low speed gradually beat in flour. Spread dough evenly in an ungreased 14 inch pizza pan. Bake in oven about 12 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle peanuts, marshmallows, and chocolate chips on top of hot crust. Bake 6-8 minutes more or until marshmallows are golden.
