    Chicken Crunch Bake

    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup milk, divided
    4 boneless chicken breast halves
    2 tbsp. flour
    bread crumbs
    2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

    Recipe



    Mix 1/3 cup of the soup and 1/4 cup of the milk in a shallow dish. Coat chicken with flour, then dip into soup mixture. Coat with bread crumbs.
    Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until done. Mix remaining soup with remaining 1/4 cup milk and heat through on stovetop. Serve as a sauce for the chicken, or on the side as soup.
