Take thawed boneless skinless chicken breast and cover in Ranch salad dressing. Then roll in crushed up dorito crumbs. Bake at 300 for about 20 mins, or until done (will vary depending on thickness of chicken). Viola! All done. Best served with a side of veggies and a starch (I serve with rice or stuffing)
The ranch dressing keeps the chicken really moist and the doritos, when baked, become a crispy crunchy coating. MMMM!
