    Chicken Pasta Salad with Cashews & Dried Cranberries

    3 cups bowtie pasta

    1 -16oz bottle of coleslaw dressing

    ½ cup mayonnaise

    ½ cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

    4 cups cubed cooked chicken

    1 ½ cups seedless green grapes, halved

    1 ½ cups seedless red grapes, halved

    2 (5oz) cans water chestnuts, drained & quartered

    2 cups thinly sliced celery

    ½ cup thinly sliced green onions

    2 cups cashew halves

    2 cups dried cranberries

    Recipe



    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta & cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain, and set aside.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together coleslaw dressing, mayonnaise, and salad dressing.

    In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, green & red grapes, water chestnuts, celery, & green onions. Stir in dressing & mix well.

    Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

    Mix in cashews & dried cranberries just before serving. Serve cold.
