    List of Ingredients





    1 pound of Italian Sausage (Fareway meat counter)

    1 28 oz can of crush tomatoes

    1 15 oz can of tomato sauce

    1 6 oz can of tomato paste

    1 6 oz can of water

    Garlic

    1 onion diced

    1 bay leaf

    Whole cloves 3-4, tear the top off and crush it before putting in the pan

    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1 tablespoon sugar

    fresh parsley diced up about 3 tablespoons chopped up, if you use the spice just add a teaspoon.
    •Salt and pepper


    Recipe



    Cook sausage and onion together. Fareway’s Italian sausage is very lean so you won’t need to drain. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for 1 hour.
