    List of Ingredients




    ¼ c. butter
    1 1/3 c. chopped onion
    ½ c. grated carrot
    ¼ c. flour
    ½ tsp. mustard
    3 (10oz.) cans chicken broth, divided
    2 to 2 ½ c. cubed cheddar cheese
    1 ¼ c. cream
    1 or 2 (12oz.) can of beer, room temp.
    Black pepper

    Recipe



    Melt butter. Cook onion and carrot in butter until tender. Blend in flour and mustard/ Cook 2 minutes. Add 1 can chicken broth and cheese until melted. Add remaining 2 can of broth, cream and butter. Simmer 20 minutes. Season with pepper to taste.
