List of Ingredients




1 ½ lb. stew meat
2 c. raw potatoes, cubed
3-4 carrots (thinly sliced)
3 stalks celery
1 medium onion, chopped
3 T. tapioca
2 tsp. salt
12oz. V-8 juice



Recipe



Place first 7 ingredients in a large casserole. Pour the V-8 juice over them. Bake 5 hours at 250 degree oven.
