List of Ingredients
- 2 tubes Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1/4 pound each: ham, provolone, genoa salami, swiss cheese, slicing pepperoni
- 1 large jar red roasted peppers, drained and chopped
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons grated cheese
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the eggs, grated cheese and black pepper.
- Fit one tube of crescent rolls into the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Layer meats and cheeses in order given. Top with chopped red peppers.
- Pour most of egg mixture over the meats, cheeses, and peppers. Top with other tube of crescent rolls. Brush with remaining egg mixture.
- Bake covered in a 350 degree F. oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until set and golden brown. Approximately 20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, cut into squares and serve.
