    This is delicious! Serve with small slices of crusty bread or graham crackers.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Wheel Brie, rind removed
    • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
    • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
    • Crackers or bread slices


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place brie in a quiche or pie pan, cutting wedges to fit if necessary. Stud the brie with pecans, pressing the nuts into the cheese. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top. Bake for 15 minutes or until warm and melted. If necessary, place briefly under broiler to carmelize the sugar. Be careful not to burn the nuts or sugar.
