    Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

    Athenos Feta Cheese Package


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
    • 2 packages (4 ounce) crumbled feta cheese
    • 1 cup mayonaise
    • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese
    • 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimentos, drained
    • 1 clove garlic, minced


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients.
    2. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or 3 cup shallow baking dish.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion if desired.
    4. Serve with assorted crackers or pita triangles.

    5. Makes 2 cups.
