    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound kielbasa
    • 12 ounces apricot preserves
    • 6 ounces Dijon mustard


    Instructions


    1. Cut kielbasa diagonally into bite size pieces. Combine apricot preserves and mustard in saucepan. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add kielbasa and simmer 15 minutes longer. Serve hot, with toothpicks, from chafing dish.
