    Ground beef
    Loaf of Italian bread
    Milk
    parsley
    grated cheese
    eggs
    salt and pepper
    garlic
    raisins




    Recipe



    Cut crusts off italian bread and cut into cubes, soak in milk, add fresh parsley, grated cheese, eggs, salt and pepper, garlic and raisins. Mix into small meatballs and fry.

    DIPPING SAUCE

    1 PART MAYO
    2 PARTS WASABI HORSERADISH
    1 PART KETCHUP
    MIX TOGETHER AND SERVE WITH MEATBALLS ENJOY
