Stuffed Mushrooms
I do not remember where this recipe came from, but I do remember that is was very good.
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Caesar or Italian dressing
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
Instructions
- Remove and chop mushroom stems. In a medium bowl, combine dressing, bread crumbs, parsley and chopped stems.
- Fill each mushroom with mixture.
- Bake in shallow dish. Add water to barely cover bottom.
Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Makes 24 mushrooms.
