    Sweet and Spicy Kielbasa

    Recipe Introduction


    We had this as an appetizer at Jeremy's 21st birthday party.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds kielbasa, cut into 1 inch pieces and halved
    • 1 1/2 cup white wine
    • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    • 2-3 tablespoon parsley
    • 1 loaf of crusty bread


    Instructions


    1. Lay cut kielbasa in a single layer in saute pan. Add wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    2. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and mustard, mix well. Add to kielbasa and stir to coat. Simmer until glazed. Add pepper and parsley.
    3. Serve with pieces of crusty bread.
