    I made this for a singles brunch! Sooo good!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1- 6 ounce package herbed croutons
    • 12 ounces mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter
    • 1 pound cooked ham, cubed
    • 3 cups shredded cheddar Cheese
    • 12 eggs
    • 1 - 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/3 cup of vermouth
    • 1/2 cup light cream


    Instructions


    1. Grease a 10 x 18 inch glass baking dish. Layer the croutons, mushrooms, ham and cheese in the prepared dish.
    2. In a large bowl combine the eggs, soup, vermouth, and cream. Mix well.
    3. Pour over the layered ingredients and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
    4. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree F. oven for 1 hour.
