I made this for a singles brunch! Sooo good!
List of Ingredients
- 1- 6 ounce package herbed croutons
- 12 ounces mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter
- 1 pound cooked ham, cubed
- 3 cups shredded cheddar Cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1 - 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup of vermouth
- 1/2 cup light cream
Instructions
- Grease a 10 x 18 inch glass baking dish. Layer the croutons, mushrooms, ham and cheese in the prepared dish.
- In a large bowl combine the eggs, soup, vermouth, and cream. Mix well.
- Pour over the layered ingredients and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree F. oven for 1 hour.
