    • 1 package lemon cake mix
    • 1 package lemon Jell-O
    • 3/4 cup Wesson oil
    • 3/4 cup cold water
    • 4 large eggs
    • GLAZE
    • 2 cups confectioners sugar
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup orange juice


    Instructions


    1. Combine cake mix, Jell-O, oil, water, and eggs. Pour into a lightly oiled 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 - 40 minutes or until browned and no imprint remains when lightly touched with finger.
    2. While cake bakes, make glaze by combining sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice, mixing until completely combined.
    3. Remove cake from oven. Poke holes with a fork and pour glaze while cake is still hot.
