This recipe came from a friend's mother. Sadly, she is no longer with us. She was a great baker.






List of Ingredients



• 2 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 2/3 cup sugar
  
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  






Instructions



1. Cream cheese and add sugar a little at a time. Add eggs one at a time. Add almond extract. Blend well. Bake at 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes.
