No Bake Cream Cheese Cake

List of Ingredients



• 2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese
  
• 4 teaspoons vanilla
  
• juice of 1 lemon
  
• 1 pint (16 oz.) heavy cream
  
• 2 cups confectioners sugar
  
• 2 packages ladyfingers
  






Instructions



1. Whip cream; set aside.
   
   
2. Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream.
   
   
3. Stand up lady fingers inside spring-form pan. Line bottom of pan with lady fingers.
   
   
4. Pour mixture in pan. Set in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
   
   
5. Use a 10-inch spring-form pan.
   
   






Final Comments


This can be as plain or fancy as you like. You can slice strawberries or bananas and arrange them on the top or you could use pie filling as a topping. One Christmas I even tied a wide red ribbon around the lady fingers after I removed the outside of the spring-form pan.
