    No Bake Rum Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 packages anisette sponge cookies
    • 2 large packages instant Chocolate pudding
    • Cool Whip
    • sliced almonds (small package)
    • 2 jiggers white rum


    Instructions


    1. Line a spring form pan with foil up to and including sides. Place 1 entire package anisette spone on bottom. Drizzle 1 jigger rum on top of cookies.
    2. Make 1 package instant chocolate pudding, using 1/2 cup less of milk than the package directions call for. Pour on top of cookies. Repeat the process using another whole package anisette sponge, 1 jigger rum and 1 package pudding. Refrigerate overnight.
    3. Open Spring pan and remove. Cut foil from sides of cake. Cover top and sides of cake with Cool Whip. Decorate with sliced almonds.
