    Italian Style Scallops

    This is an old recipe, but very good and easy!


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs. sea scallops
    • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
    • 2 green peppers, diced
    • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
    • 2 teaspoons oregano
    • 2 teaspoons paprika
    • 1 8oz. can tomato sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced


    Instructions


    1. Rinse and pat dry scallops. Place in baking pan with mushrooms and diced green peppers. Sprinkle with1/2 cup parsley,1 1/2 teaspoons each of paprika and oregano.
    2. In a small saucepan heat tomato sauce, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon each of oregano and paprika.
    3. Simmer covered, 5 minutes and pour over scallops and vegetables. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
