    Parmesan Chicken

    Back on Atkins again and I have a lot of low carb recipes to try. This was on one low carb site I found on the internet.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter
    • 2 oz. grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup ground almonds
    • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
    • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking pan with no stick cooking spray. Dip chicken in butter, coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in prepared pan.
      Bake 25-35 minutes.
