Recipe Introduction
Make 1/2 recipe, bake 350 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes.
Whole recipe bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Makes 6-8 servings.
List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, finey chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 14 cup chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- combine grnd. meat, onion, vread crumbs, eggs, sour crem, catsup, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 95x3 inch loaf pan . Spread evenly and press down firmly.
- Bake in a moderate ove, 350 degrees, for 1 hour. Pour off juices.
