Recipe Introduction


There are made with spice cake mix and apple pie filling. Very moist and delicious.





List of Ingredients



• 2 large eggs
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 1- 21 ounce can apple pie filling, cut apples into smaller pieces
  
• 18 ounce box spice cake mix
  
• cinnamon
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
   
2. Grease or paper-line muffin tins.
   
3. Combine egge, sour cream, and apple pie filling. Add cake mix and cinnamon to taste, do not over mix.
   
4. Place batter in muffin cups.
   
5. Bake for 25 -30 minutes.
   
6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
   
7. Serve.
   






Final Comments


The same recipe can be made with chocolate cake mix and cherry pie filling or lemon mix and blueberry filling. YUM
