Cavatelli and Broccoli

List of Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 T. Olive oil
- 1 head broccoli, tough stems removed, broken into small pieces
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 pkg. frozen cavatelli
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a frying pan, saute the garlic in the oil. Before it browns add thebroccoli, simmer till al dente.
- Add broth to cover broccoli and simmer till tender.
- Meanwhile, cook cavatelli to desired doneness.
- Drain.
- Toss with butter.
- Pour broccoli over cavatelli add salt and pepper, top with parmesan cheese.
