    Recipe Introduction

This recipe was in a brochure I picked up at the Spice Bouquet Factory Tour and Cooking Demo. Came home that day and made it for dinner. Delish!

This recipe was demonstrated at the Down East Holiday show in Greenville. During this demonstration the following Spice Bouquet spices were also used in place of the Soul Seasoning. List of Ingredients

    1 diced Tomato
    1 tbls Fresh chopped Parsley
    1 Clove Fresh chopped Garlic
3 tbls Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbls Carita' Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Spice Bouquet
2 cups Cooked Rigatoni Pasta (or your choice of pasta)
    2 5 oz. Chicken Breast
    3/4 cups Heavy Cream
2 tbls Spice Bouquet Soul Seasoning

    Recipe

Wash the chicken breast in water and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle the Spice Bouquet Soul Seasoning on both sides of the chicken breast. In a hot saute' pan use 1 tbls Carita' Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Spice Bouquet and sear the chicken on both sides for 2 minutes and place ina 350 degree oven for 10 minutes (this is done to keep the chicken from drying out). When the chicken is done, dice the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Using the same saute' pan heat the remainder of the Carita' Olive Oil, saute' your chopped garlic and chicken. Sprinkling withe the remainder of the Spice Bouquet Soul Seasoning, add your cooked pasta at this time and slowly add the heavy cream and bring to a low simmer. Stirring constantly, add your Parmesan Cheese. Let reduce. When done, the sauce should just coat the back of a spoon. Then add your fresh diced tomatoes and fresh parsley.
